Financial Policy Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing Basic Bliss Life Coaching and Counseling, LLC for your therapeutic needs. We strive to provide excellent care while maintaining transparency in our financial practices. Please review the following financial policy information:

Cost of Therapy:

Individual Therapy Sessions | $150.00 per session.

Couples Counseling | $150.00 per session.

Intense Trauma Therapy | $175.00 per session.

Monthly Subscription includes 4 sessions | $250 per month.

Payment Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for the full payment before the service is rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept payment by Cash, Check, Money Orders and Credit Cards. All checks or money orders should be made payable to Basic Bliss Life Coaching.

For existing clients, the most convenient way to make a payment is to make the payment 24 hours in advance is through the client portal which you can access here:

If you need to reschedule your appointment after you have paid, your payment will be applied to the new session.

Insurance Coverage:

We are considered Out-Of-Network [OON] providers for most insurance plans. However, we do accept Independence Blue Cross, Personal Choice, and Keystone Health Plan East for people residing in Pennsylvania. The standard session rate is $150 but Independence Blue Cross is accepted.

Cancellations and No-Show Policy:

We require a 12 hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Clients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without notice ("no-shows") may be subject to a fee of $35.00

Financial Hardship:

We understand that financial circumstances may vary. Please discuss any financial concerns or hardships with us, and we will strive to accommodate you to the best of our ability. Discounted sessions may be available with proof of limited income such as paystubs, disability award letters and/or proof of loss of income.

Billing Inquiries:

We reserve the right to modify our financial policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
