As a licensed therapist, a nationally certified counselor and a researcher, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to each session. My research on how trauma affects people over time shapes my approach, ensuring that you receive treatments that are proven to work. I treat various mood disorders, trauma-related disorders and phobias.

Certified in Hypnotherapy for Phobias: I am certified to treat phobias using hypnotherapy, offering specialized care for those seeking relief from debilitating fears.

Evidence-Based Practices: I am trained in multiple evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. These approaches empower you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Approach to Therapy: In our sessions, you can expect a calm, nonjudgmental environment with low lights and comfortable chairs. Your comfort and well-being are my top priorities as we embark on your healing journey together. You can expect empathetic listening, support and validation of your feelings.

Invest in Your Well-Being: While I no longer accept most insurances, I offer sessions at $180, and I still accept Independence Blue Cross and Cigna.
